- Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams
- Supporting new product trials and improvements
What you bring to the table:

You’ll likely have:- Solid leadership experience in manufacturing or processing
- Food or dairy experience (ice cream gets bonus points)
- A strong safety and quality mindset
- A knack for problem-solving and performance improvement
- Confidence with reporting and operational systems
- The ability to coach teams, not just manage them
