About Us: Automotive Solutions Hamilton is a trusted local automotive workshop in Frankton. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and honest service. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for an organized and reliable Administrator to keep our front office running smoothly while our mechanics keep the cars running.

The Role: You will be the "hub" of our workshop—the first point of contact for our customers and the person who keeps the business organized. No two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering phones, and managing inquiries with a friendly attitude.
  • Scheduling: Booking in jobs, managing the workshop diary, and communicating timeframes to customers.
  • Invoicing & Accounts: Processing invoices, receiving payments, and handling accounts.
  • Parts Ordering: Liaising with suppliers to order parts and tracking deliveries.
  • General Admin: Filing, keeping the reception area tidy, and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous administration experience (Automotive industry experience is a huge plus).
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new software.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain things clearly to customers.
  • Ability to multitask in a sometimes noisy and fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
