The Lanes Bar and Bowling is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team! As a popular entertainment destination, we are looking for someone who is skilled at preparing and cooking food to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment.

• Preparing and cooking food to the highest standard
• Managing and maintaining kitchen inventory
• Ensuring food hygiene and safety regulations are followed
• Creating menus that are both appealing and cost-effective
• Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service

• Proven experience as a Chef
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work any of the 7 days of the week, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity in menu planning
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
