We're Hiring: Talented Chef de Partie Wanted!

Well-established and with a stellar reputation, our modern Italian/Sicilian restaurant in the heart of Paraparaumu is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our awesome team.

This is a great opportunity to work in a top-rated kitchen where you’ll learn new skills, be part of a supportive and fun team, and have the opportunity to grow within the company. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, and employee benefits.

Full-time and part-time position available – Starting early March

Morning, evening, weekend, and split shifts are required. However, we aim to be flexible and supportive of family commitments where possible.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Can lead and motivate kitchen staff with confidence
  • Is experienced in stock control, ordering, and rotation
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Has a solid understanding of Food Hygiene, Safety, and Control Plans
  • Delivers exceptional food presentation
  • Ideally has experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine and hand stretch Pizza

Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available for the right candidate who is motivated and eager to develop their skills
