Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the roleWe're looking for a proactive and well-organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across the Social Investment Agency (SIA) and Social Investment Fund (SIF). Based in the Transformation Office, you'll work closely with the Project Manager playing a key part in keeping projects on track by providing logistical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across ongoing initiatives.
He kōrero mōu | About you3+ years' experience in a project coordination role within transformation or complex programmes.Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.Confident working with M365 and project management tools.Proven ability to manage relationships and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Mātauranga Māori is an advantage.
Utu ā-tau | SalaryBand 14: Min $66,188 - Midpoint $77 868 Max $93,442. Starting salaries are negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
