This next iteration will be informed by the voices of our workforce, lived experience and our partners.The Project Coordinator role will directly contribute to the kaupapa of improving outcomes for women by supporting our Business, Planning and Reporting Manager and Project Managers.

This is a key role that will work in multiple work streams, planning and coordinating across focus areas and key projects.This opportunity is on a fixed term basis until March 2026, and based in Wellington at our modern, vibrant National Office on The Terrace.Mōu | About you You are an experienced project and programme coordinator who is familiar with working across large work programmes or portfolios in a complex environment.

Past colleagues would describe you as a clear and influential communicator who is collaborative, analytical, and adaptable.This role will involve supporting and working with a diverse range of stakeholders, and we are looking for a self-starter who likes to take initiative in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.

As a key member of the team, you will need to be proactive, organised and pragmatic in all your mahi.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceWe are looking for:A minimum of 3 years project coordination experience working across strategies or multiple projects.Demonstrated experience successfully co-ordinating large scale and complex operational change projects.Strong planning, analytical and reporting skills with the ability to prepare comprehensive reporting documentation, flowcharts, schedules and plans.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisation and relationship building skills.Understanding and experience of risk and change management.To view the full essential criteria requirements, please download a copy of the Job Description from our careers website.Utu ā-tau | SalaryThe midpoint of the salary range is $75,884 and the full range (85%-120%) is $64,502
