Auckland - Sales and Service Manager - Farmers Newmarket
We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to join our experienced and passionate management team in Newmarket!

As part of a small team of Department Managers reporting through to our Assistant Store Manager you will enjoy the benefits of a wider support network both in store and regionally.
Your day-to-day duties in this role will include:
- Driving department sales and taking full ownership for the teams sales performance
- Managing, coaching, developing and motivating your team to exceed sales budgets
- Liaising with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place, on time before store opening
- Driving a customer service culture across departments by ensuring high levels of customer service
- Implementing & communicating promotional plans for upcoming events
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Department Manager medium to large store)
- Strong sales coaching competence - proven ability in coaching for sales improvement
- Exceptional customer focus
- Excellent team management experience - can motivate and coach a team to improve sales results

This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week. Weekend work is required as part of the management roster.
