As they continue to grow, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Consultant & Business Development professional to lead growth across the Wellington region and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business across schools, councils, landscapers, developers, and homeowners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up quotes using Pipedrive and Fergus, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
  • Specify product solutions based on site requirements and technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on leads, budgets, and progress.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven sales and customer relationship experience.
  • A commercial mindset - you understand margins, quoting and project profitability.
  • The ability to read construction and/or playground plans and specify products confidently.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
  • A growth mindset and be values driven.
  • Teamwork collaboration.
  • NZ Driver's Licence and legal right to work in NZ.
