My Client is seeking an experienced and driven Solicitor (Litigation) to join our reputable and supportive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional with strong civil litigation experience, ideally in construction, estate or small business, who enjoys working on complex matters and delivering exceptional client service.

As a Senior Solicitor in our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse civil litigation caseload and delivering high-quality legal services. You will play a key role in providing legal advice, preparing court proceedings, representing clients in court, and supporting the firm's business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and research in civil litigation matters
• Draft legal documents including agreements and court pleadings
• Appear in court as counsel when required
• Contribute to the development and refinement of legal precedents
• Represent the firm at legal seminars and networking functions
• Collaborate with senior team members and support firm-wide initiatives
• Uphold firm policies and maintain the highest professional standards.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A current practising certificate
• 2-6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation - ideally in estate, small business or construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organisational capability
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A practical, commercially minded approach to legal work
• A collaborative, positive and professional attitude
• A clean criminal record.
