We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to handle the front office operations in a busy dental laboratory. In addition to receptionist duties, the role will include supporting office tasks to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Greet clients, visitors, and delivery personnel in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and order inventory as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate patient and client records.
- Provide support to lab technicians and management as required.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Assist in handling customer service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an office administration role (preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
