Service Receptionist

As the Receptionist/Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - in person, over the phone, and via email.
You’ll be working closely with our small positive and hard working team to ensure everything runs smoothly from administration, customer relationships and confidently manage the day to day administrative operations.

The ability to multitask is important as this can be a busy role at times. To succeed in this role you will need to be approachable, have a friendly manner and be a team player who is willing to take on additional duties if required within our busy office
Previous experience in this area is required.Please note this is not a Service Advisor role.
Monday-Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm

- Welcome all Visitors/Customers
- Answer all incoming phone calls, record information/bookings
- Prepare job cards
- Advising Customers when work is completed
- Explaining to Customers their invoice/service work carried out
- Receipting payments
- Distribute emails and queries to the appropriate person
- Match invoices, file documents
- Other general administration tasks as required
- Maintain the reception area
