Shed 2 on the Quay situated on the beautiful Ahuriri waterfront. We are open 7 days a week for lunch & dinner and functions in between.
We are currently on the hunt for Chef de Partie that can craft the making of pizzas in wood fired pizza oven, Asian Fusion Food & Classic Gastro Pub Meals.
The successful chef needs to have,Previous experience working in a busy kitchen, Level 4 cooking qualification Min.
Energy, the ability to multitask and maintain calm, stay focussed under pressure and be able to follow instruction.
Having experience in Asian cooking preferred but not essential.
Be Proactive and hard-working.
A great communicator with excellent people skills who values team culture.
Approachable, well-presented, and focused on delivering quality.
Able to work nights and weekends.
A flair and passion, for food and learning.
Ordering & stock taking.
Be eligible to work in NZ.
This is a full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week. We will offer a competitive pay rate to the right candidate between $25 to $30 per hour.
