Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for our Bistro offerings.
- Develop and refine menu items in collaboration with kitchen leadership.
- Maintain excellent food presentation, portion control, and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist with ordering.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Provide kitchen leadership and mentorship when required.
- Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Cook culinary role.
- Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and quality cooking.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and best kitchen practices.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience with pub-style, Asian-influenced, or casual dining cuisine is an
advantage.
