About the Role
As an Administrative Support, you will support data management and maintenance of our patient information system. You - ll manage elective bookings via wait-lists and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of documentation.
It is a permanent full time role, working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00AM to 4:30 PM.

About you
As an Administrative Support, you will:
- possess both fast and accurate data entry skills,
- respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality,
- obtain the ability to manage a busy workload,
- be bright, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal skills,
- provide a consistently high standard of customer service to our team,
- have sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite,
Dictaphone experience and a typing speed of 50 words per minute would be advantageous, but not essential.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
