We’re looking for a Sous Chef with a genuine passion for food, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn, lead, and grow. Immediate start is a bonus but can be flexible with starting date.Someone who takes pride in their work, can handle feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen.
You’ll work alongside our Head Chef to run day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities: Run the kitchen in coordination with the Head Chef
Create new dishes while following existing recipes and standardsOversee food control plans, hygiene, and daily cleanliness
Manage orders and source ingredients at the best available prices
Train and supervise staff
Help maintain kitchen wage costs around 14% and food costs below 30%
