The role:
We're looking for a versatile chef who is confident on a section during busy services. There is a fantastic opportunity to have a real influence here and to work with and develop the existing team. You'll be working with a great bunch of people who take their job seriously but like to have a little fun too.
What we are after:
Experience- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in high volume, fast paced kitchens
- Experience in western style cooking, grill work
- Excellent communication skills, customer service & leadership
- Knowledge in food handling and hygiene
- Committed to the team, vision and overall excellence
- A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude
- Able to manage a section during service
- Willingness to learn
- Calm under pressure
- Reliable and flexible to changes

You'll enjoy a 5-day roster. We take our breaks seriously to ensure you remain fresh and can bring you A-game everyday. Mondays and Tuesdays off
