We wish to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and outstanding team member to help manage the day to day operational activities in our property, Urban Lounge Sleepery. Ensure that service delivery standards, quality control and communication with the teams and guests are met and exceeded.
This is a challenging role with a portfolio which includes the following:
Pro-active communication & management of our guest experienceManaging housekeeping
Training and rostering of housekeeping staff
Managing cleaning standards and inspection of rooms.
Managing our Health and Safety requirements
Overseeing external maintenance and servicing providers
This is a key role within our organisation which requires you to be a hands on team player with proven leadership experience.Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite as are strong decision making skills and a can do attitude.
You will liaise closely with the Operations Manager as well as the owners of the group to ensure the smooth running of our very busy operation and as part of the Executive Leadership team play a critical role in contributing to the future planning of the business.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys the challenge of leading a team and understands the diversity and nature of the short-term accommodation industry.
Part-time permanent. Minimum of 20 hours per week.- Previous accommodation management experience a must
- Hospitality Diploma or 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- MUST be able to work weekends and public holiday
