Leading a small, high-performing team, you will be at the centre of strengthening P3M3 practice and lifting capability across portfolios, programmes, and projects.You will work with the Investment & Benefits Lead to deliver cohesive advice across the EPMO domains.
As the P3M3 Lead you will work alongside senior leaders and delivery teams to simplify how things get done, embedding practical frameworks, improving tools, and ensuring investment decisions are well-informed and fit for purpose.
Your advice will influence key decisions on performance, risk and governance, particularly for high-profile and complex work.
This is a hands-on, influential role.
You will partner with Portfolio Management Offices, use data to identify where improvements are needed, and drive uplift in capability across the organisation.

Mōu | About you You bring experience in P3 contexts which could include project and programme delivery teams, PMOs, or EPMOs, and you understand how to operate in complex environments.
You can translate P3 concepts and insights into advice for people across the organisation.
You are confident influencing a range of stakeholders and can work to build trust and confidence in your advice.
You are practical and pragmatic, while also confident in knowing when you need to hold a line.
You have some people leadership experience and are comfortable sharing your knowledge and uplifting capability.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience To be successful in this role you will bring: Demonstrated experience working with large complex business and change programmes/projects or in a PMO or EPMO environment Strong understanding and experience in all P3M3 perspectives, including assurance Skilled in supporting the development of capability of others, both through direct management and influencing Experience in using project management software at a portfolio or enterprise level Expertise in engaging and influencing stakeholders across a large organisation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Ngā painga | The benefits The midpoint of the salary range is $170,814 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $145,192
