Mō te tūnga | About the roleAs a Candidate Coordinator in our Enabling Services recruitment team, you will be joining a close- knit, supportive crew who are passionate about what they do.
You will play a key role in delivering a positive, professional, and seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across the Department.
Working closely with a team of Advisers and Senior Advisers, you will provide high-quality coordination and administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on candidate care from application through to hire.This role requires excellent attention to detail, communication, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Department to support timely recruitment outcomes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.Mōu | About you You are an enthusiastic, energised team-player who is passionate about delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
