About the Roles:
SITE MANAGER
As Site Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring quality, programme, safety, and subcontractor performance are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll be the on‑site driver of project success, working closely with a strong project team.
PROJECT MANAGER
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large‑scale commercial projects, from procurement and planning through to delivery and handover. You’ll manage financials, programme, design coordination, and stakeholder relationships while guiding a high‑performing site team.
What You’ll Bring- Trade or tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects $10M+ with a commercial contractor
- Strong construction programme knowledge
- Experience in intricate fit‑out delivery
- Strong IT capability and familiarity with modern construction systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A stable employment history and a clear desire for career progression
- Project Manager: $150K–$180K + vehicle pending experience
- Site Manager: $130K–$150K + vehicle pending experience
