An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM transformation within a purpose-driven organization in Auckland.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a CRM transformation programme, from RFP and vendor selection through to implementation and post-go-live transition. You will have prior experience overseeing large project budgets (up to $2M+) with strong financial discipline.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of extension.
To be considered you must have:
- Prior experience as a PM delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects (up to $2M+)
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure DevOps, integrations and data migration
- Previous experience managing vendors and outsourced delivery models
- Skilled in governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting
- Experience working in hybrid Agile delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to support change management and business readiness
- Experience working in New Zealand (essential for local vendor selection)
- Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred
