Title: Financial Administration Officer

We are a timber exporting company located in Auckland, and we are looking for a financial administration officer to join our growing team.

Pay: $30 per hour, based on qualification and experience
Responsibilities:
- Handling export/import documentation and taxation
- Recording financial transactions and balancing the books
- Cross-referencing the books against bank statements
- Creating and sending invoices, and following up to get them paid
- Making sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid
- Providing assistance in GST filing and annual financial reporting
- Summarising the business’s financial position
- Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you from time to time
Key skills required:
- Relevant diploma or above, or at least three years relevant experience
- Must have good knowledge of Chinese accounting system and export/import taxation
- Able to work in the evening due to the time zone difference
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Good command of Mandarin (both speaking and writing) as you will be mainly dealing with Chinese customers/importers
