Role Overview
Drive bold, creative marketing for EVT’s dynamic NZ Hotels portfolio! Take the lead on campaigns for five iconic EVT properties across Auckland and Rotorua, bringing each hotel’s unique personality to life. Align local goals with powerful Group Brand & Marketing strategies to deliver impact that resonates.Own the digital space, craft compelling social content, refresh websites, and spark conversations that boost engagement and visibility.
Champion F&B promotions, seasonal campaigns, and unforgettable event activations that guests can’t stop talking about. Build vibrant local partnerships to amplify brand presence and elevate guest experiences—all while keeping our messaging sharp, consistent, and on-brand across every channel.
Key Responsibilities- Execute hotel marketing strategies in collaboration with GMs and align with Group Brand & Marketing goals.
- Drive F&B marketing initiatives including seasonal menus, dining experiences, and event activations.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content across platforms and websites.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Identify and manage local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy execution for multiple venues or brands
- Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.
- Knowledge of F&B marketing and experience supporting dining/event promotions. (Preferred not essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with CMS, analytics tools, and ability to track and optimise campaign performance.
