About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, talented and creative Brand and Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Hind Management. As the Brand and Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing communications, brand positioning, PR, and brand governance, while managing digital performance marketing with external agencies to drive website traffic and bookings.

You will also lead content direction on social media, ensuring the brands are consistently strong, differentiated, and effective in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead overall brand and communications strategy for Hind Management and Sudima Hotels
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Manage through-the-line (TTL) marketing across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Oversee digital performance marketing with agencies to drive traffic, engagement, and bookings
  • Balance brand building with performance marketing outcomes
  • Lead PR, media relations, thought leadership, and brand storytelling
  • Oversee social media strategy and alignment across key platforms
  • Direct creation and governance of content, photography, and brand assets
  • Support hotel and F&B managers with localized marketing and onsite activations
  • Manage relationships and performance of external agencies and partners
  • Manage budgets related to brand, communications, and TTL marketing
  • Track and report KPIs, analytics, and campaign performance
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in brand, communications, or integrated marketing roles, with experience at manager or senior level.
  • Proven experience leading through-the-line (TTL) marketing communications, including paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Strong experience managing digital performance marketing creative and optimisation via agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with PR and communications agencies, including earned media and thought leadership.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand health metrics, and insight-led marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple brands and stakeholders across a multi-site or national business.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using performance data to inform strategy.
