About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support ACC's Chief Investment Officer.
This role goes well beyond the usual EA duties, offering variety, visibility and a chance to contribute to one of New Zealanders largest investment funds. You'll be the trusted point of contact for and work closely with the CIO, helping manage their priorities, communications, meetings and time.
You'll work closely with the investment leadership team, board members, and external partners to ensure meetings, travel, and correspondence run smoothly, including, Coordinating leadership meetings and tracking follow-upsPreparing high-quality communications and confidential documentsLiaising with internal stakeholders, executive assistants, and external contactsManaging the CIO's calendar, inbox, travel logistics, and meeting coordination Governance and Board Engagement A key part of this role involves supporting the CIO in preparation of the Board Investment Committee meetings.
You'll be responsible for: Organising and co-ordinating the collation of papers for the Board Investment Committee as well as organising Strategy Days. This also includes ensuring papers are consistent and of high quality across the investment team.Support the investment leadership team by arranging meetings, taking minutes and tracking and following up on action items.Operational Coordination and Team Support You'll help maintain the investment office by supporting systems, processes, as required. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key. This includes:Coordinating expense processing and document workflowsSupporting internal systems such as SharePoint and reporting toolsAssisting with events and team communicationsProviding advice on application of relevant policies A competitive base salary is on offer for this role plus a potential incentive (linked to achievement of objectives) superannuation and a range of other employee benefits.This is a permanent role based in Auckland.
