Personal Executive Assistant — Driving Focus & Enabling Social Innovation
We are seeking an exceptional individual integral in a personal journey and a vital component of an individuals self-discovery, growth, and change, to partner with a highly capable, neurodivergent former executive.
This is a 6-12 week contract (up to 7.5 hours per week), focused on establishing organisation and clarity for the year ahead. For the right person, it offers a natural pathway into a long-term role, shaping an ongoing partnership, working direct or as an option remotely.

Your Purpose: This is not just about administration — it’s about building foundations.
Over the 6-12 week contract you will:- Implement organisation and structure into daily operations.
- Develop and test protocols, systems, and procedures that reduce noise and bring clarity.
- Refine these frameworks in real time, ensuring they are practical and sustainable for the next 12 months.
-Shape the blueprint for the long-term role you may grow into.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritise schedules, keeping focus on what matters most.
- Act as a trusted filter for communications, requests, and information.
- Oversee professional and personal logistics, including travel and household coordination.
- Anticipate needs, reduce distractions, and proactively solve problems.
- Document and refine systems to create a sustainable operating rhythm.
- Proven experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or senior leaders.
- Confidence and adaptability when working alongside a neurodivergent leader.
- Clear, professional communication, with discretion and integrity.
- Strong digital fluency across scheduling, productivity, and collaboration tools.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable working independently while being highly collaborative.
- A desire to thrive, the curiosity to learn and have the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
This short-term contract carries long-term purpose. You will not only design but also implement and refine systems that unlock focus and impact — while laying the foundation for the executive’s next year of meaningful work. If the fit is right, this could grow into a permanent role, making you a key partner in advancing change through social innovation.
