We are looking for experienced Chefs to assist in the operation of our busy kitchens. Flexibility is required, and as we trade seven days per week, weekend work will be an expectation. Shifts are typically 11am - 8pm or 3pm - 10pm.
This is a chance for a confident individual with a sound background in kitchens to work in a fast paced, enjoyable environment and make the next step in their career. Your role may include:- Menu design and costing
- Portion control and plating
- Prep, pizzas, grill work
- Ordering, rostering, stocktaking
- Opening, closing and cleaning the kitchen after service
- Compliance and regulations
- Have a minimum of two year's experience in a busy kitchen or a level 4 qualification/international equivalent
- Have strong communication skills, remain positive & calm under pressure and be punctual & reliable
- Have an eye for detail
- Have a love of food & hospitality, love what you do!
