Sales and Admin Assistant
Corporate Rentals Ltd is a family owned business supplying Refrigeration & Catering Equipment to the Event Industry and various other businesses.
We are looking for a Front of House person to assist with the sales & administration of equipment for delivery to our customers.
Hopefully you already have some sales & administration experience although on the job training can be provided to the right individual.
You should be a good team player with good communication and organizational skills, be practical and have a good common sense approach to your work with a "can do" attitude.
Key Aspects of the role include; - Showroom & telephone customer enquiries- Showroom Stock presentation
- Administration / coordination of Event Sales orders
- Administration / coordination of Long Term and Short Term rental contracts
- Sales liaison with our delivery & operations team
- Accounts Administration
This is full-time position.
Hourly rate of $24/hr - $26/hr is available depending on your skill set.
Off Peak Hours Monday, Wednesday & Friday are 9am to 3pm, with the occasional 5pm finish when required.
Peak Hours Monday to Friday are 9am to 3pm, with the occasional 5pm finish when required.
There may also be some weekend/after hours work from time to time onsite at events.
