Chef De Partie wanted

We are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join us at Settlers Country Manor in Kumeu/Waimauku.

Your main duty will include follows:

• Proven Cooking Experience as a capable CDP
• Preparing and cooking food items to the highest standards, as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Managing and overseeing a designated kitchen section
• Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies for the section to minimise waste.
• Reliability, a great attitude and work ethic
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene procedures are strictly adhered to in line with New Zealand regulations.
