Chef
Arcimboldi is looking for a Chef de Partie / Chef to join our crew. Someone with at least 1 year of experience who can jump straight in and support the small kitchen team is wanted. Perfect applicant would be someone looking to step up into a Sous Chef position when our Sous Chef moves back to Korea at the end of the year.
We will work together to teach you how to make pizza from scratch, how to cook pasta and gnocchi, baking and pastry, sauces, foraging/foraged ingredients/native ingredients, butchery/seafood and how to run a busy little kitchen with minimal waste!

You will be working with and learning from the chef/owner, who's experience includes:
- International film catering for Netflix in Malaysia and Fiji
- Head of catering department for various films such as Mission Impossible, Alien Covenant and a Wrinkle In Time
- Cooked privately for multiple celebrities including Oprah
- Over 20 years experience as a chef and still gets stuck in with the prep and cleaning.
If successful you will be working with a fun, supportive team. Prep work is varied and done by all kitchen staff.
Hands on training is provided where needed and progression is encouraged.
