What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience as a chef de partie
- Good knife skills and time management
- Good solid cooking foundation ( must be great with cooking steak using charcoal)
- Able to handle pressure
- Lead by example, team player and hardworking
- Passionate about your career and quality of your work
- Be available to work rostered weekend or split shift
- Mature, responsible and can do attitude to their work is a must. As well as being positive to the rest of team members.
- Good communication
- Reliable, flexible and able to multitask
- hours of work can be negotiated for the right
- person. immediate start available.
- assist head and sous chef in daily task.
- ordering
- running the pass ( must be really good at this)
- manage shift when required
