What we’re looking for:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience as a chef de partie
  • Good knife skills and time management
  • Good solid cooking foundation ( must be great with cooking steak using charcoal)
  • Able to handle pressure
  • Lead by example, team player and hardworking
  • Passionate about your career and quality of your work
  • Be available to work rostered weekend or split shift
  • Mature, responsible and can do attitude to their work is a must. As well as being positive to the rest of team members.
  • Good communication
  • Reliable, flexible and able to multitask

As senior chef de partie for Amazonita, the task includes:
  • assist head and sous chef in daily task.
  • ordering
  • running the pass ( must be really good at this)
  • manage shift when required
