Duty Manager
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who is available to work rostered hours across our seven-day operation. The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer-focused, and professional, and ready to join our high-performing team.
Job Description (Full-time)
Understanding liquor licensing laws, selling products, and processing payments
Identifying and introducing new products in-store
Providing and maintaining excellent customer service standards
Availability to work morning shifts, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications & Experience
LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification) preferred
Duty Manager Certificate preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in the retail industry
Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer service, shelf stocking, cleaning, receiving stock deliveries, and filling fridges
Strong knowledge of products
Excellent communication skills with experience handling challenging situations
Heavy lifting required
Flexibility to cover shifts across day shifts, evenings, and weekends
