About the Role
Based in our central Auckland office, you'll lead a team of motivated sales consultants, driving results through exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and a sharp eye for opportunity.
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Sales, you'll act as a strategic connector between the market and the business, helping us stay one step ahead with real-time insights and customer-driven decisions.
What you'll bring- Proven Leadership: A strong sales track record, ideally in property or real estate, with a natural ability to lead and inspire.
- Strategic Thinking: Commercially astute and confident making data-driven business decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems for lead and performance management.
