South Auckland Motors is launching a brand-new Used Vehicle operation at our Botany site, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Used Vehicle Sales & Finance Manager to take the reins.

This is a rare opportunity to build a used car department from scratch, backed by one of Auckland's most established dealership groups.

• Selling vehicles and managing the end-to-end sales process
• Writing finance and insurance deals, ensuring compliance and profitability
• Managing stock, minimising aged units, and building supplier relationships
• Building and mentoring a sales team as the department grows
• Upholding a high standard of presentation and customer experience

You'll work closely with the Group Used Vehicle Sales Manager to establish and grow this new operation from day one.

• Proven experience in used vehicle sales and F&I (finance and insurance)
• A strong grasp of gross performance, stock control, and customer service
• A team-player mindset with the ability to lead and develop others
• High attention to detail and personal presentation standards
• Solid knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and digital marketing channels
