Operations manager – towing & recovery
We’re looking for a practical, capable Operations Manager to lead our towing and vehicle recovery operation.
This isn’t a desk-bound management role — and it’s not a purely mechanical one either. It’s both.
You’ll be part of the senior leadership team, responsible for keeping the entire operation running smoothly. Some days you’ll be planning maintenance schedules, managing rosters, approving leave, and reporting to senior leadership. Other days you’ll be in the yard, under a truck, on the road to a breakdown, or stepping into dispatch when needed.
When someone’s away or things get hectic, you’re the steady hand that keeps everything moving.
Your job is simple in principle:Make sure the team performs, the fleet stays compliant and reliable, customers are handled professionally, and problems are solved before they become downtime.
