We are a local Indian cuisine restaurant seeking an experienced Chef with at least 3 years of experience in preparing Indian curry dishes and tandoor roti or NZQF Diploma. The pay is from $25 to $30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan menusEstimate food and labor costs
Monitor dish quality during preparation and presentation
Discuss food prep with Owner/Manager
Prepare and cook food
Enforce hygiene regulations
Select and train staff
May freeze and preserve foods
