Reception and front desk

This reception -front desk role requires a trustworthy, friendly and honest person who is interested in people.

Be able to take instruction to gain competence and responsibility for the job. Including customer interactions in person and on the phone.

Strong communication skills to ensure information and requests from staff, clients and suppliers are all coordinated in a timely manner.

Computer literate for emailing attachments, invoicing and arranging appointments. There is an advantage in being familiar with outlook calendar, google drive, excel and moving and saving files within drives. Familiar with text phone messaging.

End of day cash balancing.

May include: Contact with supplier laboratory staff and accounts staff. Invoices, receipting and billing to other companies and well as the public.

Education: Must have NCEA level 3 maths merit passes or equivalent.

Knowledge of the NZ Privacy Act and how this applies to client information.

Part time within the following hours and days:- 10 hours Monday and Tuesday 8.15am- 7.00pm( 1 hour lunch); 8 hours Wednesday,Thursday and Friday 8.30am- 5pm.

Pay based on experience and aptitude.
