[ref. f27054202] Part-time Preschool Receptionist / Administrator - Christchurch
We would love to invite an amazing receptionist/administrator to join our team! This would suit someone who has great customer service, strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and who is passionate about organisation, communication, and working in a dynamic, fun environment.
This is an afternoon role of 16 - 20 hours per week. The hours will ideally be 1pm-5pm, however there is a little flexibility around this if necessary.
Pennylane is a beautiful, purpose-built early learning centre, family-owned and operated, with the values of love, laughter, and learning at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for an receptionist/administrator who loves creating a welcoming environment for families and staff. You’ll be working on our front desk, supporting our manager, our morning administrator, and our dedicated teachers to ensure the smooth operation of our Centre.
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations such as enrolment enquiries, communication with families, data entry, showing families through the Centre, taking payments, summarising wages, etc. Your role will be central to creating a calm, organised, and positive atmosphere at Pennylane.
