Undercover Industries is looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist to be the face of our company

A leading brand in custom shade solutions with innovative design, we pride ourselves on professionalism, quality, and a great team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Maintain and organise records, and documentation
  • Data entry, filing, invoicing, and general office duties

About You: Previous experience in an office admin or receptionist role (1–2 years preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised with great attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (Exce land Outlook)
Positive attitude and willingness to support a busy team

Experience with Xero or similar software is a bonus (but not essential)

Be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction

Hours: 9am -4pm Monday to Friday
