We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive office administrator
Ideally, you’ll bring:- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or admin role
- A willingness to learn our job management system (training provided)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Initiative and a can-do attitude
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Managing the office email inbox and responding promptly
- Data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Invoicing and liaising with our customers
- Using Microsoft 365
- Supporting our teams to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Keeping the office areas clean and tidy
