Dux has been in hospitality for over 40 years and is an icon in the industry.
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to expand our kitchen team. In this position you will work closely with the Sous-Chef and Head Chef on daily kitchen operation.
Applicants require:
- At least 1.5 years experience in a similar role.
- A passion for food and a strive to be consistent every day.
- Ability to work under pressure in an open environment
- A standout attitude and ability to work in a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Food Control maintenance
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. You must be either a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a current and open work visa. Please do not apply if you are not currently and legally able to work in NZ. Interviews will be held face to face - NOT via zoom/skype - so applicants must be available to interview in Christchurch.
