Lead the Charge in Clinical Quality & Equity!

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a drive for excellence, and a passion for improving health outcomes? If so, we want to hear from you!

Tu Ora Compass Health is on the lookout for a Clinical and Quality Improvement Lead to champion better health and equity across our communities.

About the Role

Partnering closely with our Community Health Service teams and across our organisation, you’ll identify opportunities to lift health outcomes and reduce inequities across our population. This is a dynamic role with a diverse portfolio—perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience (Primary Care experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • A proven track record in clinical quality performance and improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A pragmatic yet creative approach to problem-solving
  • A passion for building partnerships that drive better health outcomes and equity

We also deliver a wide range of community health, health promotion, and clinical services across Wellington, Wairarapa, Kapiti, Porirua, and the Hutt Valley.

With around 270 staff, we’re proud of our collaborative, integrated approach and our commitment to making a difference.
