Team Leader – Exterior Cleaning (Rotorua)

We're looking for someone to help lead our Chemwash Rotorua team. You don't need experience in exterior cleaning. We'll teach you that. But we do need someone who's reliable, good with people, and not afraid to get stuck in.

This role would suit someone with leadership experience or potential, who's keen to grow into a key part of the crew. It's hands-on work, often outside and sometimes at heights, but it's a good team and no two days are the same.

What the job involves:

• Low-pressure exterior cleaning on houses, buildings, decks, driveways and more
• Helping lead or manage a small crew on site
• Making sure the job runs smoothly, safely and to a high standard
• Getting involved yourself. This is a physical role

What we're looking for:

• Someone who's confident leading others or taking the initiative
• A good communicator who works well in a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Restricted or full NZ driver's licence
• Reliable, organised and willing to learn

• Starting rate from $30 per hour, with time and a half after 40 hours
