In response to this, we are opening Auckland Region Women's Corrections Facility Waikato Hub based at Waikeria Prison, managed by Auckland Region Women's Corrections Facility.Clinical Team Leader, is a permanent position based at the ARWCF Waikato Hub at Waikeria Prison, reporting to the Health Centre Manager, Auckland Region Women's Corrections Facility.About the role | Mō te tūngaThe Clinical Team Leader Health, ARWCF Waikato Hub calls for an experienced clinician with advanced knowledge and expertise in nursing, combined with a natural ability to advance nursing services through providing day

-to-day team leadership, coaching, support and guidance to our health centre staff.You'll work closely with the Health Centre Manager and the team to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the hub, modelling culturally safe clinical practice and partnership that promotes Humanising and Healing
  • respecting the human dignity and inherent mana of those in our management.

Your ability to exercise professional judgment and assist the team with complex case resolution will be invaluable, and you'll be a first port of call to support and assist the wahine in our management with any concerns, or potential complaints, as they arise.

In addition to managing team rostering and clinical reporting, you'll also have regular opportunities to liaise and work with external providers on health-related referral requests and processing.
