Digital Services leads strategy and enabling functions that lift digital maturity across the public sector and Te Tari Taiwhenua.Digital maturity is about more than technology. The branch supports agencies and Te Tari through strategy, advice, and delivery to enable modern, adaptive public services.The role | Te tūnga Our work supports Aotearoa's future.
- ensuring they are well'governed, well'controlled, and delivered successfully.You will be a key member of the project and practice, supporting Project Managers, team members and stakeholders.
- it's a critical delivery role with real impact.What you bring | Nōu te rourou Experience coordinating projects or programmes in complex organisationsExperience managing core project controls (schedules, RAIDs, change control, reporting)Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and project financesStrong stakeholder management experience across internal and external groupsSolid understanding of project lifecycles and methodologiesAbility to connect project activity to wider programme and business outcomesStrong skills with MS Project, Excel, Word, and collaboration toolsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressureClear, concise communication skills
