Fixed Term Chef

We are looking for a temporary chef to join the kitchen team at Rock Salt Bar & Grill for a short-term role from 1 June to 23 June.
Hours: Tuesday to Sunday
4:00pm – 9:00pm
About the role:
Running kitchen service during dinner shiftsMaintaining food quality and presentation
Managing prep and service flow
Keeping kitchen clean and organised
Supporting the team during busy services
What we are looking for:
Previous chef experienceAble to work well under pressure
Strong communication and time management
Reliable and able to work independently
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

Sushi / Sashimi Chef ($49,920 annual salary)
Requirements:
Previous experience in Japanese cuisine
