We’re a growing trucking company looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and passionate about trucks, this could be your next role!
What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing on trucks and trailersTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimise downtime
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) regulations
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years diesel mechanic experience, preferably with heavy vehicles or fleet trucks
Full NZ driver licence; heavy vehicle licence preferred (Class 2-5)Experience with WoF inspections is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude
