Foreman/ Leading Hand
We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Leading Hand to join our civil construction team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on while leading a crew and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the Role:You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, leading crews on site, and working closely with the Site Supervisor and Area Manager to ensure productivity, quality, and safety targets are met.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:- Proven experience in earthworks and civil construction
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew during daily site operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely alongside the Site Supervisor and Area Manager
- Experience coordinating daily tasks, plant, and manpower
- Good understanding of productivity, quality control, and site requirements
- Sound knowledge of health and safety expectations on civil construction sites
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive site culture
- Weekly pay + 8% holiday pay
