Role description:- You will oversee assigning duties, monitoring the progress of a project, keeping it on
- You will need to assign workers to the correct projects based on their skill set
position.
Responsibilities will include:- Provide onsite training as required.
- Run toolbox and pre-start meetings.
- Complete internal audits as required.
- Arrange materials for job sites.
- Read and work off plans.
- Communicate with clients and engineers on site.
- Assign duties to staff.
- Working on the tools.
The following is essential to be successful in this role:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Foreman working with concrete, concrete remediation
- Seismic strengthening expertise.
- Knowledge and practical experience of crack injection application.
- Evidence of skills to undertake epoxy screeds.
- Solid plastering ability to a high standard.
- Possess strong carpentry skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards within New Zealand.
- Reinforcing bar bending and installation experience is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- New Zealand full driver's license essential.
This will be a full-time permanent position with minimum 40 hours per week. Competitive renumeration based on your skills and experience $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
