The following is essential to be successful in this role:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Foreman working with concrete, concrete remediation

• Seismic strengthening expertise.
• Knowledge and practical experience of crack injection application.
• Evidence of skills to undertake epoxy screeds.
• Solid plastering ability to a high standard.
• Possess strong carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within New Zealand.
• Reinforcing bar bending and installation experience is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• New Zealand full driver's license essential.

This will be a full-time permanent position with minimum 40 hours per week. Competitive renumeration based on your skills and experience $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
