Manage a designated section of the kitchen
- Ensure preparation & presentation of high-quality dishes reflecting our Irish/Kiwi fusion menu
- Supporting senior chefs
- Training & supervising junior staff
- Monitoring stock & minimising food waste
- Following all food safety & hygiene regulations
- Input in creating specials for the day/week
- Minimum 2yrs experience as Chef de Partie or similar
- Relevant cooking qualification (NZQA Level 4 or 5)
- Strong communication & time management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
- Team focused 'can-do' attitude
- Knowledge of Irish or modern Kiwi cuisine is a bonus
