  • Ensure preparation & presentation of high-quality dishes reflecting our Irish/Kiwi fusion menu
  • Supporting senior chefs
  • Training & supervising junior staff
  • Monitoring stock & minimising food waste
  • Following all food safety & hygiene regulations
  • Input in creating specials for the day/week
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Minimum 2yrs experience as Chef de Partie or similar
  • Relevant cooking qualification (NZQA Level 4 or 5)
  • Strong communication & time management
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
  • Team focused 'can-do' attitude
  • Knowledge of Irish or modern Kiwi cuisine is a bonus
